MSA plus Schedule A. This version 17 September 2026 (original 20 February 2026). Bear Lease is a 12-month licence with a buyout table. Also 50/50, hosting, and Flex. Flex is not on the public calculator. Domain mailboxes are included; email marketing, SMS, and SMTP are not, unless the quote says so.
MSA plus Schedule B for Grizzly Operations and KoruSignal, and Schedule C when email, SMS, or SMTP is on the quote. Rolling retainers need 30 days’ written notice.
Schedule C. Extra unless it is written on the quote. Hourly $180 + GST, or a product line if we put one on the SoW. Not inside a website rebuild, Bear Lease, Bear Host, or KoruSignal.
How we collect and hold information, including quote forms, Google Calendar, and Stripe if we send a payment link.
Prices in those agreements are exclusive of GST unless stated. Calculator cards do not print +GST. Consulting pages do.
