FAQs
Can you reserve a domain while I pay?
No. Live check shows what’s free right now; we register only after payment succeeds. Someone else could grab it in a rare race — we’ll help if that happens.
I already have a domain
Keep it at your registrar for now. After pay we email DNS / nameserver steps so the site points at Bear Host. Full transfer (EPP) is optional later if you want us to renew it — we don’t block signup on EPP.
What login do I get?
WordPress admin only — username you choose (can’t change later) or your email. No cPanel.
What is Bear Edge Pro?
Optional upgrade for faster pages/images and a stronger shield in front of your site. Skip and decide later if you want.
