  • Need any assistance from an expert with technology, for any gadget for training or setup. The I.T. Bear also goes beyond what is asked to ensure you together we’ve met your needs and wants from your technology.

  • If you go over the included time, The I.T. Bear will confirm with you if you’re happy to continue and extra time is charged in 15 minutes blocks at $39 inc GST. If you know you’re going to require extra time at booking, you can select extra time at checkout. Also, any equipment that The I.T. Bear has available with him that you may like, you can purchase this too (i.e. a powerboard). All additional charges are payable on departure via tap and go or credit card number entry.

  • Sure thing, The I.T. Bear aims to make everything as easy for you as possible. Just call him on 021 0456 4149 and he’ll book for you. All charges are to be paid at end of booking online or on-site.

*Bear Support rates include up to 45 minutes (and on-site visit fee for on-site bookings).  Then additional time is booked in 1/4 hour blocks. Check for all rates in Legal Beaver Stuff (T&Cs).
