This Bear is a real pro, but he’s got his limits. Safety is his top priority, so here are some of the things that can’t be done on-site:

• Site Safety

  • Ensure your dogs and grizzly bears are secure and away from biting this Bear’s paws.

  • Installation at height will be done via a ladder provided by The I.T. Bear, however if scaffolding or any other apparatus is required I won’t proceed.

  • Any other safety issues (i.e. asbestos).

  • Evidence of illegal goings on are at sit.

• Complex installations

  • There could be small minor drilling, screwing and wiring included in your installation, however complex drilling and installations will have to be referred to another tradesman (i.e. builder/locksmith). This will require you to book the tradesperson and pay them separately, prior to The I.T. Bear’s arrival. *

  • I’ll be expert in the products I’ll be offering you for standard use, however if you need complex routing for your requirements, that will need to be referred to the 3rd party.*

• If for any of the above reasons the installation has to be cancelled, then you’ll be charge a site-visit charge and the hours spent at site. So please ensure you’ve considered this before I arrive.

*In the future you’ll be able to book tradesman if required directly through The I.T Bear’s bookings. Currently, the worker Bee’s working on agreements with Bee Friends (Trusted partners) to allow this functionality.
